The Beginning of a Journey
Founder Edgar Hu started in international trade, sourcing brass ball valves, hydraulic quick couplings and high-pressure valves for a major UK customer. Quality complaints were frequent — products failed to meet European standards.
Several key UK and USA clients told Edgar: "You're honest, reliable, and we trust you. Why don't you set up your factory?" The Ningbo EH manufacturing facility was founded that year, starting with low-pressure brass ball valves.
Customers asked Edgar to develop hydraulic quick couplings and high-pressure valves. With full support of chief engineers from a world-recognized UK-based coupler manufacturer (1968–2008) — technical drawings and production expertise — Ningbo EH entered intensive R&D and equipment investment.

Official Launch
EH officially launched its proprietary hydraulic quick couplings and high-pressure valve product lines. Every product is truly UK-designed, China-manufactured.
Over 3,000 SKUs with new market-trending products launching every year. All products are fully interchangeable to the market, with $5M regular inventory stock to support fast shipment. Management-wise, factory operations are now fully digitized and traceable, with full documentation and quality checks from raw material to final assembly, aligning with the management standards of top-tier European manufacturers.

What are the unique advantages of EH hydraulic products?
Our hydraulic quick couplers and valves combine British engineering expertise with precision Chinese production, all designed under the guidance of chief engineers from a world-recognized UK-based coupler manufacturer (1968–2008). Quality assurance: ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 certified factory, full digital traceability from raw materials to final assembly, 100% leak-free tested and approved before shipment, and guaranteed market interchangeability.
What's the production time for each order?
For in-stock catalog items, orders can be shipped within 5 business days. For catalog items temporarily out of stock or with insufficient volume, ready-to-ship time is typically 30–45 days. For items outside the catalog requiring development and customization, timelines are case-by-case.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For all in-stock regular items, there is no MOQ. Please reach out with your specific requests and we will do our best to work with you.
What shipping services do you offer?
We offer FOB (factory price), CNF (factory price + sea freight to destination port), CIF (factory price + sea freight + shipping insurance), door-to-door service (factory price + sea freight + customs clearance + inland shipping), and DHL air freight. In special cases, we can negotiate according to customer needs.
What are the payment terms?
For all orders under $10,000, 100% payment in advance before production and shipment. For orders over $10,000, we accept T/T 30% in advance to confirm the order, with the remaining 70% balance paid within 7 days of the B/L shipping date.
Do you have a warranty for your products?
EH-manufactured products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper installation for one year after the date of purchase, or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.
Where is your warehouse?
For now, all products are stored in Ningbo, China. However, we can set up new global warehouses in the future.
How do you protect customer information?
We have maintained long-term business collaborations with many customers. We always keep our customers' business interests in mind and strictly follow NDA (non-disclosure agreement) rules.
